Filter Bags Made with 100% synthetic fibers of polypropylene, polyester or monofilament nylon. DORSAN filter bags use only materials that can guarantee high and constant quality and efficiency.
Polypropylene, Polyester and Nylon materials comply with FDA food contact regulations under CFR21, Section 177.1520.
The S-ring bags have a galvanized ring (stainless steel on request) sewn into the mouth. The V-Ring type has a PP mouth sewn or heat-welded using an ultrasonic system.
The main advantage of depth filters is their high contaminant-retention capacity (as opposed to surface filters, in which contaminants are retained via the simple mechanical action of a surface sieve).
In addition to the most common formats in filter presses 40×40 or 60x61cm, we can supply any format with or without drills.
The special KAC series of sheets, with high carbon contents of up to 60%, retain fatty acids, decolourise and deodorise the product. They are also highly valued for rounding off taste and reducing astringency in certain beverages.

Their ease of use and low acquisition cost make them the ideal prefilters for most industrial installations.

Dorsan® presents a range of plate filters that cover various industrial applications. The BEBINOX model stands out with 310 mm diameter plates, offering a greater filter surface than traditional filters.
In addition, the JOINTLESS filter press is built in AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel, allowing a variety of filter media without the need for gaskets, thanks to its round pressure plate design.
On the other hand, our LABINOX filter, ideal for laboratories and chemical-pharmaceutical sectors, is built in AISI 316L stainless steel in models L/10 and L/20, optimizing the filtration of small volumes of liquid.

When microfiltration analysis work is done frequently, the use of syringe filters is highly recommended to perform a greater number of samples.
The DORSAN® T Series has a larger filtration surface and has a pre-filter disc that allows you to increase the filtered flow of each sample.
The DORSAN® G Series is more resistant to breakage due to excessive pressure and offers a significantly lower price than the T SERIES.
Whether you use the T SERIES or the G SERIES, you will obtain excellent filtration quality in both cases.
